Mary McCormack, an American actress, is best known for her lead roles in TV programs like The West Wing "In Plain Sight," and Loaded.' Her work is also well-known due to her roles in movies such as 'Private Parts', 'Deep impact', 'True Criminal and 1408'. McCormack was the daughter of owners of an ice cream parlor as well as a psychologist who worked in a clinic. Her family has no relationship with entertainment. Following the separation of her parents, McCormack went to Trinity College Hartford, Connecticut. After finishing her studies at Wardlaw-Hartridge School with a BA, she graduated. At the beginning of her career, she had only 12 when performed on stage in an opera production entitled "Amahl's Night Visitor". In the theater, the actress played for many years before her roles were later transferred to screen. McCormack is now recognized as being one of the most versatile Hollywood performers. Married to producer cum director Michael Morris, she has three children.
