LeBron Raymone James Sr. is a American basketball professional that is a player for the Los Angeles Lakers in the National Basketball Association. The player is dubbed King James and is considered to be among the most successful basketball players in history. James has won four NBA Championships, 4 NBA MVP Awards Four NBA Finals MVP Awards and three All-Star MVP Awards. He also has 2 Olympic Gold medals. James had more points than any other player during the playoffs. He has the second most points in his career and ranks seventh among career assists. James was selected as to be an NBA All-Star 18 times to the All-NBA Team a record 18 times, and was named to the NBA All-Defensive First Team five times. The total of his appearances is taken part in ten NBA Finals. This is the third most of all. There were eight consecutive Finals between 2011-2018. James has been selected to the NBA 75th Anniversary Team in 2021. He was the first NBA player to earn 10,000 career points. James played basketball for St. Vincent St. Mary High School in his home town of Akron Ohio and was heavily reported by the media of the nation as a potential NBA star. James was chosen by the Cleveland Cavaliers as the top choice in the NBA draft in 2003. Following his selection as 2004's NBA Rookie of The year, he swiftly established himself as a premier player in the NBA winning the NBA's MVP Award 2009 and 2010 James was not able to secure a title in Cleveland, so he left the city with the status of a "free agent" in 2010. This move was made in the TV special The Decision.
